Peter is also on the board of NSW Treasury Corporation and Securities Industry Research Centre of Asia Pacific (SIRCA) and is a member of the Advisory Board for the Australian Office of Financial Management

Richard commenced working with the OzForex Group in June 2015 and has 25 years of diverse global experience that has included several Chief Executive and Board roles.
He is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Group
Richard's previous roles include Chief Executive of FirstDirect Bank in the UK and Chief Operating Officer of ANZ Global Markets incorporating its leading FX business
He is an active investor in technology start-ups and sits on the board of RTI (internet cable) Unlockd (mobile advertising) and Strone (global roaming)
Richard holds a BSc in Pyschology/Statistics and an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management
Grant Murdoch

Grant joined the OzForex Group in September 2013 and has over 35 years experience in accounting and finance
Grant also serves as a board member of ALS Limited, QIC Limited and Cardno Limited
Grant is also Chairman of The Endeavour Foundation, director of UQ Holdings Ltd and Senator of the University of Queensland

Melinda Conrad

Melinda joined the OzForex Group in September 2013 and has over 20 years experience in business strategy and marketing
Melinda also serves as a director of The Reject Shop Limited and previously, served as a director of David Jones Limited, APN News & Media Limited
Melinda’s prior professional experience includes executive roles at Harvard Business School, Colgate-Palmolive, and several retail businesses
Melinda holds an MBA from Harvard and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD)
Douglas Snedden

Doug joined the OzForex Group Board in March 2015 and has had more than 30 years’ experience in finance, consulting, strategic management and outsourcing largely gained through a distinguished career at Accenture, most recently as Managing Director of its Australian business.
Doug also serves as a director of Transfield Services, UXC Limited. He is also on the Board of university-owned Sirca Technology and is Chairman of Odyssey House McGrath Foundation and Chris O’Brien Lifehouse.
